Zindagi : Jodey Dilon Ko Meet 2014

Venue: Hotel Taj Mahal, Delhi

I was excited to attend this Indiblogger Meet. It was my fifth meet. The meet was organized at two places Mumbai and Delhi. The host at Mumbai was Anup and Nihal at Delhi. The agenda of the meet was to promote Zindagi Channel – A Zee Channel where Pakistani TV serials will be aired for Indian TV viewers. It would be a great link to connect the people of two countries through a medium called TV. Efforts must be made to develop a healthy and respectful relation between India and Pakistan. It would be a great message to the militants whose aim is to destroy the peace and harmony between India and Pakistan.

Food at the beginning was very good. The meet started with Indiblogger presentation which illustrated their success in few

years. Flipkart vouchers were awarded to some bloggers who participated in Contests announced earlier. The moment which we enjoyed the most was the discussion between the bloggers of Delhi and Mumbai where they had to make their points to lead their cities. I think in this contest Delhi bloggers were slightly in the superior side in making their points regarding food, celebrity, etc. It was an exercise to make us feel how people sitting at two different and distant place and how they can join their hearts by chating through video conferencing. This is the boon of science and technology. Imran Abbas Naqvi, one of the actors of the serial aired on Zindagi was present at Mumbai venue. He sang two songs. He has a beautiful voice quality. Bloggers of both the venues asked Imran a variety of questions and and he answered well.

Then we talked to Sultana Siddiqui ji (Sultana Apa ), TV director, producer and businesswomen

of Pakistan through Video conferencing. Really she is an iconic figure in TV world of Pakistan. So I can say it was a nice interaction between the bloggers and celebrities present in this meet. The 1-10 number game was very entertaining. I won a Flipkart voucher worth Rs 1000. I would like to thank Indiblogger team for this gift. I requested Renie to allot at least 10-15 minutes to give some blogging tips by some experts. Overall it was a nice experience, we enjoyed very much! Thanks Zee! Thanks Indiblogger!
