1. Alarm time kam karein :
subah ke alarm time ko daily 5 5 minute kam karte rahein. Isse aapka time dhire dhire subah jaldi uthne ki traf khista jaayega aur aaoko morning me jaldi uthne ki habit lag jaayegee.
2. Distance from electronic devices:
aajkal log apne saath hi apna phone ya tablet lekar so jaate hain . Phone , tablet, ya kisi bhi electronic device ko apne saath leakr nahi soyen. isse late neend aatee hai aur morning me uth nahi pattein hain
3. Room temperature:
bedroom ke temperature ko 18 to 22 degree ke beech me rakhen. isse raat me baar baar neend khulne ka problem nahi hota aur subah jaldi uthne me help miltee hai
4. Light Dinner:
Night me high protein diet lene se jaldi neend nahi aatee. islye light dinner karen. isse jaldi need aayegee aur aap jaldi uth paayengen.
5. Do not press snooz button:
jaise hi alam baje uth jaayen baar baar snooz button nahi dabayen. nahi to aalas aatee jayegee.
6. Don’t take Coffee or tea in night:
night me khana khane ke baad coffe ya tea nahi len. raat me jaldi neend aayegee aur subah jaldi neend khul jaayegee.
7. Motivate yourself:
raat ko sote waqt yah sochkar soyen ki subah mujhe jaldi uthna hai. apne aapko motivate karte rahen.
8. Keep alarm at distant place:
alarm ko itna dur rakhen ki uska sound to sunai de lekin use band karne ke liye aapko bed se uthjar jana pade. isse aap uth paayen aur is prakar aapko morning me jaldi uthne ki aadat yani habit ban jayegee.
